By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms, subject to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not use the website, products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate applicable law through your use of our services.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, specifications and prices are accurate.
Actual colours, finishes, sizing or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and reasonable manufacturing variations.
Nothing in these Terms restricts consumer rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and delivery information.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment processing.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, genuine pricing errors, product unavailability or incorrect information.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any applicable refund will be processed appropriately.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
We offer free standard shipping to Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, international transit, customs procedures, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request an eligible voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested within the first 7 calendar days, Vellara Wear will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, products must satisfy the eligibility conditions stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, applicable statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Pricing
Prices for Australian customers are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors.
